  1. Wash and soak the rice.
  2. Slice the onions and fry them.
  3. Once the onions turn pinkish, add the green beans and sizzle for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the salt and cumin and boil till the beans cook.
  6. Once cooked, add the rice, cover with water (two fingers above ingredients) and bring to a boil.
  7. Cover the pot and let it cook for 10 min (till the water evaporates).
  8. Turn off the fire, add a dash of olive oil, stir.
